JAPONIŠKŲ AUTOMOBILIŲ SAVININKŲ SUSITIKIMO „JAPMEET“ BENDROSIOS TAISYKLĖS

I BENDROSIOS NUOSTATOS
1. Japoniškų automobilių savininkų susitikimas JAPMEET (toliau vadinamas JAPMEET).
2. JAPMEET taisyklių galiojimo pradžia: 2024 m. balandžio 1d.
3. JAPMEET taisyklių galiojimo pabaiga: 2024 m. lapkričio 1d.
4. JAPMEET vieta: pagal renginio aprašymą.
5. Taisyklių tikslas: apibrėžti JAPMEET dalyvių teises ir pareigas; užtikrinti JAPMEET dalyvių saugumą bei sklandžią JAPMEET eigą.
6. JAPMEET teritorija: aptverta (ar kitaip pažymėta) teritorija, į kurią gali patekti tik JAPMEET dalyviai.
7. SHOW-OFF ZONA: JAPMEET teritorijos dalis, kurioje JAPMEET parodos dalyviai turės teisę pasistatyti transporto priemones pagal organizatoriaus nurodymus bei žymėjimus.
8. AUTOMOBILIŲ STOVĖJIMO AIKŠTELĖ: ne JAPMEET teritorijoje esanti erdvė, skirta automobilių, nepatenkančių į SHOW-OFF ZONĄ, parkavimui.
9. Visoje JAPMEET teritorijoje nepriklausomai nuo paros laiko draudžiama leisti garsią muziką iš nuosavo įrenginio ar kitaip triukšmauti be raštiškai suderinto leidimo su JAPMEET organizatoriais.
10. Kiekvienas JAPMEET dalyvis (asmuo, kuris patenka į JAPMEET teritoriją) besąlygiškai sutinka ir įsipareigoja laikytis šių taisyklių.

II BENDROSIOS DALYVIŲ TEISĖS IR PAREIGOS
1. Kiekvienas JAPMEET dalyvis, patekęs į JAPMEET teritoriją, yra atsakingas už savo sveikatą, saugumą, gyvybę. Susitikimo dalyviai privalo gerbti kitų dalyvių teises ir teisėtus interesus. Apie pastebėtus šių taisyklių pažeidimus JAPMEET dalyvis privalo nedelsiant pranešti organizatoriui.
2. Kiekvienas JAPMEET dalyvis, patekęs į JAPMEET teritoriją, pats atsako už savo daiktų saugumą, jų praradimą ar sugadinimą.
3. Dalyviai, kurie su savimi turės šiomis taisyklėmis draudžiamų ir (arba) kitų visuomenei pavojingų daiktų, nebus įleidžiami į JAPMEET teritoriją.
4. Visoje JAPMEET teritorijoje draudžiama kurti laužus, daryti laužavietes, naudoti grilius, šašlykines.
5. Draudžiama gadinti bet kokį JAPMEET teritorijoje ir aplink esantį kilnojamą ir nekilnojamą turtą, lankytis (vaikščioti, važinėti) už pažymėtos JAPMEET teritorijos, naudotis bet kokia infrastruktūra ar bandyti patekti į pastatų vidų, naikinti ir žaloti esančius gamtos objektus, kelti pavojų kitų asmenų saugumui ar gyvybei, šiukšlinti, teršti aplinką. Visa JAPMEET teritorija ir jos prieigos filmuojamos aukštos raiškos kameromis ir bus fiksuojamas kiekvienas tvarkos pažeidimas, už kurį galima bauda nuo 300 Eur.
6. JAPMEET dalyviai privalo laikytis už JAPMEET saugumą atsakingų asmenų nurodymų. Už nurodymų nevykdymą JAPMEET dalyviai gali būti išvaryti iš JAPMEET teritorijos be teisės vėliau patekti į JAPMEET.
7. JAPMEET teritorijoje be organizatoriaus raštiško sutikimo draudžiama vykdyti bet kokią komercinę ir (arba) reklaminę veiklą.
8. JAPMEET dalyvis sutinka, kad organizatorius JAPMEET metu filmuotų visoje JAPMEET teritorijoje ir vėliau filmuotą medžiagą naudotų reklamos tikslais bet kokiu būdu ir bet kokiose žiniasklaidos priemonėse neterminuotą laikotarpį.
9. Į JAPMEET teritoriją nebus įleidžiami: asmenys, kuriems teismo sprendimu yra uždrausta dalyvauti masiniuose renginiuose; asmenys, kurie yra akivaizdžiai paveikti alkoholio, narkotikų ar kitų psichotropinių medžiagų; asmenys, kurie su savimi turi ginklų ar kitų pavojingų daiktų, sprogmenų, psichotropinių medžiagų, degių medžiagų ar alkoholinių gėrimų; asmenys, kurie elgiasi agresyviai, brutaliai ir gali kelti grėsmę JAPMEET kitiems dalyviams; asmenys, kurie neturi jokio galiojančio asmens dokumento; asmenys, kurie yra įtraukti į organizatorių sudarytą nepageidaujamų asmenų sąrašą.

10. Į JAPMEET teritoriją draudžiama įsinešti: ginklų, nepriklausomai nuo tipo ir paskirties; alkoholinių gėrimų; narkotinių medžiagų ir su jomis susijusių prietaisų; pirotechnikos ir kitų degių bei sprogstamųjų medžiagų; įvairių aštrių daiktų, galinčių sukelti pavojų kitiems JAPMEET dalyviams; nesuderintų su organizatoriumi reklaminių priemonių; kitų JAPMEET organizatoriaus nurodytų draudžiamų daiktų.

11. JAPMEET teritorijoje alkoholinius gėrimus vartoti draudžiama.

III AUTOMOBILIŲ STOVĖJIMO AIKŠTELĖS TAISYKLĖS

1. Parodoje (susitikime) nedalyvaujančių (neatrinktų) transporto priemonių statymas yra galimas tik automobilių stovėjimo aikštelėje už JAPMEET teritorijos ribų. Draudžiama palikti transporto priemones ne specialiai transporto statymui skirtoje zonoje ir (arba) šalikelėse, jei tai draudžia kelio ženklinimas, kelio ženklai ar protingumo kriterijus, dėl ribojamo eismo.

2. Automobilių aikštelės zonoje draudžiama triukšmauti, demonstruoti automobilio galią, garsą, deginti padangas, pavojingai vairuoti bei niokoti kitų asmenų turtą, privaloma laikytis KET.

3. Automobilių aikštelės zonoje draudžiama kurti stovyklavietes.

4. Organizatoriai neatsako už automobilių stovėjimo aikštelėje paliktą turtą.

IV ATVYKIMAS Į JAPMEET

1. JAPMEET teritorija bus atvira tik renginio aprašyme nurodytu laiku. Kitu laiku patekimas į teritoriją negalimas.

2. Lankytojų amžius nėra ribojamas, bet rekomenduojama, kad vaikai iki 12 metų į JAPMEET atvyktų tik lydimi tėvų, globėjų arba vyresnių nei 18 metų atsakingų asmenų.

3. Dalyvavimas JAPMEET nėra mokamas, tam tikromis aplinkybėmis gali būti kviečiama prisidėti prie švaros palaikymo.

V SAUGUMAS

1. JAPMEET dalyviai JAPMEET teritorijoje ir jos prieigose (įskaitant viešus kelius) privalo elgtis taip, kad nekeltų grėsmės kitiems dalyviams. Griežtai draudžiama gadinti JAPMEET teritorijoje ir jos prieigose esančius ženklus, reklaminius stendus ir kitą JAPMEET teritorijoje ir jos prieigose esančią įrangą.

2. Organizatorius, pagal poreikius, užtikrina viešąją tvarką JAPMEET metu bendradarbiaudamas Lietuvos policija, Priešgaisrine gelbėjimo tarnyba ir Greitąja medicinine pagalba.

3. Esant būtinybei organizatorius turi teisę pakeisti JAPMEET vietą, datą ir laiką, siekiant užtikrinti JAPMEET dalyvių saugumą.

4. JAPMEET savanoriai, tiek su specialia apranga, tiek be jos, turi teisę: tikrinti atvykstančius asmenis; tikrinti JAPMEET dalyvių asmens dokumentus, siekiant nustatyti jų tapatybę ir (arba) amžių; tikrinti JAPMEET dalyvių automobilius, JAPMEET dalyvių daiktus, rankines, kuprines, rūbus, įskaitant kišenes, jei kyla įtarimų, jog dalyvis bando įsinešti į JAPMEET teritoriją daiktus, kuriuos įsinešti draudžia šios taisyklės. JAPMEET organizatoriai turi teisę turintį draudžiamų daiktų dalyvį pašalinti iš JAPMEET teritorijos. Į JAPMEET toks asmuo turi teisę patekti tik palikęs neleistinus objektus už JAPMEET teritorijos ribų. Tuo atveju, jei JAPMEET dalyvio krepšyje, rankinėje ar kuprinėje yra randami narkotikai ar kitos psichotropinės medžiagos, ginklai, gyvybei pavojingi daiktai, sprogmenys ar degios medžiagos, saugos tarnybos darbuotojai turi teisę sulaikyti asmenį, užpildyti protokolą ir kartu su konfiskuotais daiktais, perduoti asmenį policijai; duoti nurodymus JAPMEET dalyviams; panaudoti jėgą ginant kitų JAPMEET dalyvių teises ir saugumą arba savigynos atveju, taip pat užtikrinant JAPMEET esančių daiktų saugumą.

5. JAPMEET organizatorius jokiomis aplinkybėmis neatsako už JAPMEET dalyvių nuostolius, sužeidimus, gyvybes, prarastus, pamestus daiktus ir t.t. Todėl prašome laikytis šių taisyklių, paisyti specialių ženklų renginio vietoje bei atidžiai klausyti organizatorių, savanorių ir kitų su renginio organizavimu susijusių asmenų nurodymų.

6. JAPMEET teritorijoje ir jos prieigose griežtai draudžiamas ir netoleruojamas su organizatoriais nesuderintas automobilių ir kitų transporto priemonių eismas, vairavimas esant neblaiviam, kelio ar ne kelio dangos gadinimas ir kita. Esant nusižengimams be įspėjimo gali būti kviečiama policija ir rašoma bauda už kelio dangos ar kitų objektų gadinimą nuo 300 Eur. Organizatoriai neprisiima jokios atsakomybės dėl neleistinų JAPMEET dalyvių veiksmų ir kiekvienas dalyvis atsako už save ir savo veiksmus viso JAPMEET metu.

VI ATSAKOMYBĖ

1. JAPMEET kontrolę vykdo organizatorius, jo įgalioti asmenys ir savanoriai.

2. Asmenys, pažeidę šias taisykles, privalo nedelsiant pasišalinti iš JAPMEET teritorijos savo noru arba gali būti priversti pasišalinti savanorių arba policijos pagalba, o už padarytą žalą tokie asmenys atsako įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.

VII BAIGIAMOSIOS NUOSTATOS

1. Šios taisyklės gali būti vienašališkai organizatoriaus sprendimu keičiamos. Jos yra talpinamos oficialiame organizatoriaus internetiniame puslapyje bei su jomis privaloma susipažinti prieš atvykstant į JAPMEET.

2. Su šiomis taisyklėms automatiškai ir besąlygiškai sutinka kiekvienas į JAPMEET teritoriją įėjęs asmuo bei kiekvienas JAPMEET dalyvis, užpildęs registracijos formą į JAPMEET.

3. JAPMEET organizatorius jokiomis aplinkybėmis neatsako už JAPMEET dalyvių ir svečių materialinius ir nematerialinius nuostolius, turto apgadinimus, sužalojimus, gyvybes ir t.t..

4. Visos teisės į JAPMEET pavadinimą bei logotipą priklauso išimtinai organizatoriui.

GENERAL RULES OF THE MEETING OF JAPANESE CAR OWNERS – JAPMEET

I GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Meeting of Japanese car owners JAPMEET (hereinafter referred to as JAPMEET).
  2. Beginning of validity of JAPMEET Rules: 2024 April 1
  3. Expiration of JAPMEET Rules: 2024 November 1
  4. JAPMEET Location: According to the event description.
  5. Purpose of the rules: to define the rights and obligations of JAPMEET participants; to ensure the safety of JAPMEET participants and the smooth running of JAPMEET.
  6. JAPMEET area: a fenced (or otherwise marked) area to which only JAPMEET participants can enter.
  7. SHOW-OFF ZONE: The part of the JAPMEET territory where JAPMEET exhibitors will have the right to park their vehicles according to the organizer’s instructions and markings.
  8. CAR PARKING LOT: space outside the JAPMEET area for parking cars outside the SHOW-OFF ZONE.
  9. Regardless of the time of day, playing loud music from your own device or making noise in any other way is prohibited throughout the JAPMEET territory without written permission from the JAPMEET organizers.
  10. Every JAPMEET participant (a person who enters the JAPMEET territory) unconditionally agrees and undertakes to comply with these rules.

II GENERAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

  1. Every JAPMEET participant who enters the JAPMEET area is responsible for his own health, safety, and life. Meeting participants must respect the rights and legitimate interests of other participants. The JAPMEET participant must immediately notify the organizer of observed violations of these rules.
  2. Every JAPMEET participant who enters the JAPMEET area is responsible for the safety of his belongings, their loss or damage.
  3. Participants who have with them items prohibited by these rules and/or other items dangerous to the public will not be allowed into the JAPMEET area.
  4. It is prohibited to make bonfires, make bonfires, use grills, barbecues in the entire territory of JAPMEET.
  5. It is forbidden to damage any movable and immovable property in and around the JAPMEET territory, visit (walk, drive) outside the marked JAPMEET territory, use any infrastructure or try to enter buildings, destroy and damage existing natural objects, endanger the safety of other persons or for life, littering, polluting the environment. The entire territory of JAPMEET and its accesses are filmed with high-definition cameras and every breach of order will be recorded, for which a fine of 300 EUR is possible.
  6. JAPMEET participants must follow the instructions of those responsible for JAPMEET security. For failure to follow instructions, JAPMEET participants may be expelled from the JAPMEET area without the right to re-enter JAPMEET.
  7. It is prohibited to carry out any commercial and/or advertising activities in the territory of JAPMEET without the written consent of the organizer.
  8. The JAPMEET participant agrees that the organizer will film throughout JAPMEET during JAPMEET and subsequently use the footage for advertising purposes in any way and in any media for an indefinite period.
  9. The following will not be allowed into the JAPMEET area: persons who are prohibited from participating in mass events by a court decision; persons who are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances; persons who carry weapons or other dangerous items, explosives, psychotropic substances, flammable substances or alcoholic beverages; persons who behave aggressively, brutally and may pose a threat to other JAPMEET participants; persons who do not have any valid identity document; persons who are included in the list of undesirable persons compiled by the organizer.
  1. It is forbidden to bring into the JAPMEET territory: weapons, regardless of type and purpose; alcoholic beverages; narcotics and related devices; pyrotechnics and other flammable and explosive substances; various sharp objects that may cause danger to other JAPMEET participants; advertising measures not coordinated with the organizer; other prohibited items specified by the JAPMEET organizer.
  1. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the territory of JAPMEET.

III CAR PARKING RULES

  1. Parking of vehicles not participating (not selected) in the exhibition (meeting) is possible only in the parking lot outside the JAPMEET territory. It is forbidden to leave vehicles outside the zone and/or roadsides specifically designated for vehicle parking, if this is prohibited by road markings, road signs or reasonableness criteria, due to limited traffic.
  2. It is forbidden to make noise, demonstrate the power and sound of a car, burn tires, drive dangerously and destroy other people’s property in the parking lot area, it is mandatory to comply with the KET.
  3. It is prohibited to create campsites in the area of the car park.
  4. The organizers are not responsible for property left in the parking lot.

IV ARRIVAL

  1. JAPMEET territory will be open only at the time specified in the event description. Access to the territory is not possible at other times.
  2. The age of visitors is not limited, but it is recommended that children under 12 come to JAPMEET only accompanied by parents, guardians or responsible persons over 18 years of age.
  3. Participation in JAPMEET is free of charge, under certain circumstances you may be invited to contribute to the maintenance of cleanliness.

V SECURITY

  1. JAPMEET participants must behave in the JAPMEET territory and its approaches (including public roads) in such a way as not to pose a threat to other participants. It is strictly forbidden to damage the signs, billboards and other equipment located on the JAPMEET territory and its approaches.
  2. The organizer, according to needs, ensures public order during JAPMEET in cooperation with the Lithuanian Police, Fire Rescue Service and Emergency Medical Aid.
  3. If necessary, the organizer has the right to change the place, date and time of JAPMEET in order to ensure the safety of JAPMEET participants.
  4. JAPMEET volunteers, both with and without special clothing, have the right to: check incoming persons; check personal documents of JAPMEET participants to determine their identity and/or age; to check JAPMEET participants’ cars, JAPMEET participants’ belongings, handbags, backpacks, clothes, including pockets, if there are suspicions that a participant is trying to bring into the JAPMEET territory items prohibited by these rules. JAPMEET organizers have the right to remove a participant with prohibited items from the JAPMEET area. Such a person has the right to enter JAPMEET only after leaving unauthorized objects outside the JAPMEET territory. In the event that drugs or other psychotropic substances, weapons, life-threatening items, explosives or flammable substances are found in the bag, handbag or backpack of a JAPMEET participant, security service employees have the right to detain the person, fill out a report and, together with the confiscated items, hand the person over to the police; give instructions to JAPMEET participants; use force to protect the rights and safety of other JAPMEET participants or in self-defense, as well as to ensure the safety of items in JAPMEET.
  1. The organizer of JAPMEET is under no circumstances responsible for losses, injuries, lives, lost, lost items, etc. of JAPMEET participants. Therefore, please follow these rules, pay attention to the special signs at the event location and carefully listen to the instructions of the organizers, volunteers and other persons involved in the organization of the event.
  2. The traffic of cars and other vehicles not coordinated with the organizers, driving under the influence of alcohol, damage to road or non-road surfaces, etc. are strictly prohibited and not tolerated in JAPMEET territory and its approaches. In the event of violations, the police may be called without warning and a fine of EUR 300 for damage to the road surface or other objects may be issued. The organizers do not accept any responsibility for the unauthorized actions of JAPMEET participants and each participant is responsible for himself and his actions throughout JAPMEET.

VI RESPONSIBILITY

  1. JAPMEET is controlled by the organizer, his authorized persons and volunteers.
  2. Persons who have violated these rules must immediately leave the JAPMEET territory of their own free will or may be forced to leave with the help of volunteers or the police, and such persons are responsible for the damage caused in accordance with the law.

VII FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. These rules can be changed unilaterally by the decision of the organizer. They are available on the organizer’s official website and must be read before coming to JAPMEET.
  2. Every person entering the JAPMEET territory and every JAPMEET participant who fills out the JAPMEET registration form automatically and unconditionally agrees to these rules.
  3. JAPMEET organizer is under no circumstances responsible for material and non-material losses, property damage, injuries, lives, etc. of JAPMEET participants and guests.
  4. All rights to the name and logo of JAPMEET belong exclusively to the organizer.
